Sample FAQ

Can I order samples before a bulk order?

Yes, we encourage it! Sample cost: 1.5x unit price. Sample fee is 100% refundable against your first bulk order over USD 3,000.

How long does it take to make a sample?

Standard models: 3-5 days. Custom/OEM samples: 7-15 days including 3D rendering approval. Rush sample (2-3 days) available with 30% surcharge.

How do you ship samples?

DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping cost paid by buyer. We can use your courier account (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Typical transit: 3-5 days to most countries.

Can I get free samples?

For returning customers with order history, we provide 1-2 free samples per year. New customers: sample fee applies, refundable with first bulk order as stated above.

Can you make a sample based on my design?

Yes. Provide drawings, photos, or sketches. We will create a 3D render for your approval first, then produce the physical sample. NDA signed before any custom work begins.
