Can you give me a discount for large quantities?

Yes! Tiered pricing: 100+ pcs — 3% off; 500+ pcs — 5% off; 1,000+ pcs — 8% off. Project orders receive custom quotations with additional savings.

Is the price including tax?

Standard quote is EXW (no tax). FOB/CIF/DDP with tax available upon request. VAT invoices can be provided for Chinese domestic orders.

Why is your price higher than some suppliers on Alibaba?

We manufacture with premium materials (real crystal, solid brass) and full QC inspection. Cheap alternatives often use acrylic instead of crystal, iron instead of brass, and skip QC — leading to high defect rates.

Do you offer a price list?

We provide a reference price list for standard models. For custom items, we quote individually based on specifications, quantity, and packaging requirements.

Can you match a competitor's price?

Send us the competitor's quote with specifications — we'll review and offer our best match. However, we will not compromise on material quality or safety standards to cut corners.

How often do prices change?

We review prices quarterly. Raw material surges (copper, crystal) may trigger interim adjustments with 15-day advance notice to existing customers.
