What trade terms do you offer?

EXW, FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou), CIF, DDP, DAP. We recommend FOB for first-time buyers and DDP for customers who want door-to-door service with customs cleared.

How long is the production lead time?

Stock items: 3-7 days. Standard production: 15-25 days. Custom/OEM: 25-45 days. Hotel projects: 35-60 days. Rush orders (with 20% surcharge): 10-15 days for standard items.

How do you pack the products?

Each fixture is wrapped in foam + bubble wrap, then placed in a custom corrugated carton with corner protectors. Crystal components are individually sleeved. Fragile items use wooden crates.

Can you arrange shipping to my door?

Yes! We partner with DHL, FedEx, UPS for small orders; and Maersk, MSC, COSCO for sea freight. We can arrange door-to-door DDP delivery to 100+ countries.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on volume, weight, destination, and shipping method. We provide a detailed shipping quote within 24 hours. Sea freight: USD 15-60/cbm; Air freight: USD 4-8/kg.

Do you help with customs clearance?

For DDP terms, we handle full customs clearance. For FOB/CIF, we provide all necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list, CO, B/L, certificates) for your customs broker.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Of course. Provide us your forwarder's contact in China and we'll coordinate pickup from our factory. We'll provide all export documents your forwarder needs.
